A supplements brand sells a 30-day supply. Order one arrives, the first tub runs out around day 28, and the second order ships automatically. On paper, the model is simple: a replenishment cycle that repeats itself.
In practice, the cycle has three places where it quietly breaks. A card expires on a third-order subscriber, and the retry fails with a generic "payment failed" notice. A customer skips twice because she's traveling, hears nothing, and gets auto-cancelled on the day she would have reordered. A win-back goes out with the same 15% off to someone who churned last week and someone who churned two years ago. None of those are product problems. They're inbox problems. And with 1 in 8 subscription payments failing, the first one alone can become a recurring revenue leak.
This is where most subscription brands discover that "an email agency" and "an email agency for subscriptions" aren't the same hire. A campaign calendar doesn't see the expired card. A newsletter cadence doesn't know day 28 is coming. The agencies that understand subscription brands are the ones that treat the renewal window, the dunning sequence, and the cancellation flow as the actual job — and run them in step with the subscription platform.
This post compares ten agencies that do that work for Shopify and DTC brands. It's written by Loop, a subscription platform rather than an agency, so Loop itself isn't included in the ranking.
We shortlisted the ten from two pools: agencies in Loop's partner network, and Klaviyo Master-tier agencies that serve Shopify DTC brands. Four are Loop partners, two are joining the partner program, and four aren't partners yet. For each agency, we took its Klaviyo partner tier as the agency states it, linked to the page where it says so, and cross-checked it against Klaviyo's public partner directory. Services, pricing, and client results come from the agency's own published pages, and every number below links to its source. Where an agency doesn't publish something — two don't state a headquarters — we leave it out rather than fill it in. No agency paid for inclusion or placement, and the full disclosure is at the end.
Go back to the supplements brand. The questions it should ask on a first call aren't about templates or send frequency. They're: Who owns our failed-payment emails — you or our subscription platform? What goes out in the week before a renewal? And when someone hits cancel, what do they see?
Those three questions separate an ecommerce email marketing agency from a general one. A general agency sends newsletters and manages a list. An ecommerce email agency builds revenue systems around store data: welcome, browse-abandonment, cart-abandonment, post-purchase, and win-back flows; behavioral segmentation; SMS; and reporting tied to orders rather than opens. For subscription brands, the scope expands again to the pre-renewal window, the dunning sequence, the customer portal, and the cancellation flow — and the agencies that have run those ask about your churn curve before they ask about your brand colors.
One credential is worth knowing before any call. Most of the agencies below are Klaviyo Master-tier partners. A Klaviyo agency builds and manages email and SMS programs on Klaviyo; the tier — Silver, Gold, Platinum, or Elite Master — is awarded by Klaviyo based on revenue delivered through the platform, and each agency's tier appears on its own site and in Klaviyo's public partner directory. It's a useful shorthand for how much Klaviyo revenue an agency has actually run.
A supplements brand with a replenishment cycle needs a retention specialist. A luxury brand replatforming to Shopify Plus needs something else entirely. Start here:
Each agency below is profiled the same way: an overview with its Klaviyo tier and focus, what it's known for, the results it has published, its pricing where available, and who it's best suited for.
Overview
YOCTO is a retention and lifecycle agency for DTC and subscription brands, headquartered in Nicosia, Cyprus, with most of its clients in the US and UK. It holds Klaviyo's top tier — Elite Master — and is a Platinum-tier Loop partner. It works with brands in roughly the $5–150M range, concentrated in supplements, skincare, food and beverage, and femtech, and it is deliberately narrow: retention and lifecycle on Klaviyo only, with no paid media, brand, or web.
What they're known for
Published results
YOCTO publishes 38 named case studies, three of them published by the platforms themselves, including Klaviyo and Loop. Its site reports +252% email and SMS revenue for Mira, 8x subscription growth for Evereden, 5x email revenue for Healf, +400% email and SMS revenue for BetterMe, and $1M a week in sustained email revenue for a Kilo.co brand. Loop's own Ever Eden case study documents the 8x subscriber-acquisition growth over three months after the brand migrated from Recharge to Loop with YOCTO, driven by A/B-tested, bundle-focused replenishment emails.
Pricing
Published: three packages at EUR 5,500, EUR 7,500, and EUR 10,000 a month, all month to month, with discounts for six- and twelve-month commitments.
Best suited for
Subscription-led DTC brands that want one team owning the offer, cancellation flow, dunning, and the Klaviyo lifecycle program supporting them. Less suited to brands that want ads, brand, or web from the same agency — YOCTO doesn't offer them.
Overview
Andzen is a retention and CRM agency founded in 2012 and relaunched under its current name in 2014 by CEO Brenden Rawson and CRO Jason Anderson, with teams across Australia, North America, and Europe. It's a Klaviyo Master Elite partner — its site describes it as the first Elite Master partner in APAC — and was named Klaviyo APAC Partner of the Year in both 2025 and 2026. Its positioning is single-minded: "We don't do a bit of everything. We do one thing better than anyone: customer journey optimisation across email, SMS, and CRM."

Best suited for
Mid-market to enterprise ecommerce brands that want a top-tier Klaviyo team for full lifecycle CRM across multiple regions, particularly if a platform migration is involved. Andzen's directory profile starts at brands above $1M in annual revenue.
Overview
Magnet Monster is a UK-based retention agency (registered in Cheshire, with a Singapore entity) led by CEO Adam Kitchen. It has worked with 300+ ecommerce brands over seven years and is a Klaviyo Master Elite partner. Its model is unusual in the category: unlimited email, SMS, WhatsApp, and direct mail for one flat monthly fee.
What they're known for
Published results
For French Florist, a welcome-flow rebuild added $17,000 in revenue in February 2023 versus the prior year on near-identical recipient volume, and Valentine's Day campaigns added $26,067. For Carved, a birthday-week campaign in 2023 produced a 200% increase in placed-order value against the weekly average. For ZZZBears in 2026, sign-up form submission rates more than doubled, from about 4% to 8.7%.
Pricing
One flat monthly fee for unlimited sends across channels; the amount is quoted after a discovery call.
Best suited for
Brands that will use every owned channel and want a subscription-growth practice alongside email. The flat-fee model may be less compelling for brands that only need email.
Overview
Arcady Media is a North American lifecycle marketing agency listed as an Elite Master partner in Klaviyo's directory, with Shopify Plus partner badges on its case-study pages. Best suited for
Shopify brands that want an Elite-tier Klaviyo team to rebuild flows and segmentation and want to read the numbers before signing. Brands looking for a pure email specialist should note that Arcady also has dedicated advertorial and paid-advertising practices.
Overview
Lilo Social is a Brooklyn-headquartered, fully remote growth agency of 50+ people, an Inc. 5000 honoree in 2023, 2024, and 2025, and a Klaviyo Master Elite partner. It runs two service lines — full-funnel growth (paid social, paid search, creative, CRO) and retention (email, SMS, list growth, subscription and loyalty, direct mail) — as one connected program, and reports a 90% client retention rate across 70+ active DTC and subscription brands.

Get Better is a Klaviyo-only email and CRM agency based in North Devon, UK, led by Managing Director Rich Evans with a 26-person team. It describes itself as a Klaviyo Elite agency, one of a small number in the UK, and its services run the full Klaviyo program — management, flow optimization, setup, content plans, copy, design, testing, and reporting — and nothing outside it.

Pricing
Audits published at £199, £399, and £800 plus VAT; retainers are bespoke.
Best suited for
UK DTC brands that want a dedicated Klaviyo team with a small-agency feel and a cheap, fixed-price way to start. Klaviyo-only and UK-based, so brands on other platforms or needing APAC coverage will look elsewhere.
Overview
Fuel Made is a Shopify-exclusive agency headquartered in Washington state and distributed across North America. It has worked only on Shopify since 2010, was one of the original eight agencies designated a Shopify Plus Expert in 2016, and is a Klaviyo Master Elite partner. Best suited for
Established Shopify brands that want the team building and optimizing their store to also run their Klaviyo program. The fit may be less natural for smaller brands or those needing deep subscription-platform expertise — email is one of three practices, and the retention work is Klaviyo-centered.
Overview
Sticky Digital, co-founded by CEO Nikki Tooman and COO Mariel Kilroy, describes itself as the "only agency that works exclusively in retention," adding: "No paid media. No SEO. No brand design." It's a Klaviyo Platinum partner and works with Shopify DTC brands doing 5M–100M+, primarily in beauty, wellness, food and beverage, and apparel.

Pricing
Not published; retainer, project, and consulting engagements offered.
Best suited for
Mid-market Shopify DTC brands that want a retention-only partner spanning email, SMS, loyalty, and subscription churn. Ask about experience with your subscription platform — Sticky's publicly documented subscription work is concentrated on a single platform.

Best suited for
Enterprise and luxury brands replatforming to Shopify Plus that want one agency owning both the Shopify build and the lifecycle program. Mid-market DTC brands looking for a boutique email specialist will find email is one pillar of a larger practice.
Whichever row of that table you land in, the same five checks apply on a shortlist:
Confirm the Klaviyo partner tier. Every agency here states its tier, and Klaviyo's partner directory lists it too — a quick cross-check that takes a minute.
Ask for results with a brand name, a number, and a date. Every agency on this list publishes at least one named result. An agency that can only offer "300% uplift" with no brand attached hasn't earned the benefit of the doubt.
If you run subscriptions, ask how they work with your platform. Who owns the dunning emails — the platform or the agency? Which subscription events reach Klaviyo, and which flows trigger on them? How does a cancellation-flow save get reported back? An agency that has run subscriptions on your platform will answer in a sentence; one that hasn't will answer in a paragraph.
Ask who works your account each week. "A dedicated team" can mean five senior specialists or a rotating cast. YOCTO and Lilo Social both publish how they staff accounts; ask everyone else.
Start with an audit. YOCTO, Andzen, Magnet Monster, Sticky Digital, and No Limit Email offer one free; Get Better sells fixed-price audits from £199. It shows you how the agency thinks before you commit to a retainer.
It depends on what you need owned. For subscription-led brands, YOCTO, Sticky Digital, and Magnet Monster run retention as a full system. For a multi-region Klaviyo CRM program, consider Andzen. For paid media and retention under one roof, consider Lilo Social. For a Shopify build with lifecycle attached, consider Fuel Made or Avex. For a Klaviyo program at a mid-market budget, consider No Limit Email or Get Better. The match-up table above maps each need to an agency.
On this list, published pricing starts at $2,500 a month (No Limit Email, per Klaviyo's directory), EUR 5,500 (YOCTO), and $7,500 (Fuel Made), with YOCTO's full-scope package reaching EUR 10,000 a month. Andzen's email services are listed from $2,000 in Shopify's partner directory. Get Better publishes fixed-price audits from £199 to £800 ahead of a bespoke retainer. Magnet Monster charges a flat monthly fee quoted on request. The remaining agencies scope custom retainers.
An agency that builds and manages email and SMS programs on Klaviyo. Klaviyo awards partner tiers — Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Elite Master — based on revenue delivered through the platform, and lists each agency's tier in its public partner directory. Seven of the ten agencies on this list are Klaviyo Elite Master partners.
Not necessarily — but they do need an agency that understands subscription-specific lifecycle moments. Subscription revenue is decided at moments a one-time-purchase email program never touches: the pre-renewal window, the failed-payment sequence, the cancellation flow. YOCTO, Sticky Digital, Arcady Media, Magnet Monster, and Lilo Social publish subscription-specific results; the others on this list will need to show you how they'd handle recurring revenue.
Several case studies on this list report early lifts within 30–90 days — Chef's Edge reaching $148K in monthly flow revenue within 60 days (Andzen), Depology's +562% campaign revenue in 90 days (No Limit Email), and PerfectTed's +607% first-month campaign revenue (Get Better) — while larger program-level results take longer, such as MOMA's +441% flow revenue over eight months (Get Better). YOCTO's own guidance is that save systems and dunning fixes show leading indicators within 60 to 90 days, while cohort lifetime value should be judged in quarters.
The 30-day supply is the easy part of a subscription business. The second order is where the real work starts, and most of that work happens in the inbox. The right email marketing agency for a subscription brand is the one built for that — not the one with the longest client list. If recurring revenue is central to your business, weight published subscription results and platform experience over everything else, and ask the three questions above before you sign anything.
If you're on Loop, the agencies already certified on the platform are listed in the agency partner directory.
