01. Migrating from Bold V1 - Legacy to Loop Subscriptions:

Step 1: Configure subscription settings

  • Configure your subscription settings in Loop Subscriptions, such as pricing, billing intervals, and product availability.
  • Set up any customizations or advanced features that you want to use in Loop Subscriptions.

Step 2: Test and verify subscriptions

  • After setting up your subscription settings, thoroughly test and verify your subscriptions to ensure they are functioning correctly.
  • Review customer accounts, product prices, billing intervals, and other subscription details to make sure everything is accurate.

Step 3: Launch Loop Subscriptions

  • Once you have tested and verified your subscriptions, you can go live with Loop Subscriptions.
  • Communicate the migration to your customers and provide any necessary instructions or support during the transition.

Step 4: Ask the Bold team & Payment Gateway to share the migration export

  • This includes all subscription data such as customer information, product details and subscription settings and so on.
  • Get your payment details export from your payment gateway be it Authorize, Stripe, PayPal or Braintree.
  • The subscription files & the payment details will be shared with you in a CSV format.

Step 5: Send the data to Loop Subscriptions

  • Login to your Gmail account and use the following email: migrations@loopwork.co. 
  • Upload the CSV files containing all the exported data from Bold V1 - Legacy + payment details.
  • Review the data and send it over the email.

And we will take it from there!
